The new Inventory beta brings Inventory and Batches together in one place—so you can keep working batch by batch while making it easier to see and act on your entire collection.
Batches are still at the core of how you work in CDP. Now they’re built into Inventory, with more ways to find them, open them, and work with their cards.
Keep your batch workflow—with easier access
Whether you’re starting a new batch or returning to one you’ve already been working on, your batches are close at hand.
Jump into a batch from Recent Batches in the left sidebar, choose one from the shortcuts at the top of Inventory, or open All Batches to search, sort, and filter by Open or Closed.
Open a batch to focus on just its cards. Need the bigger picture? Work from Inventory to see your cards across batches.
Take action across your whole inventory
Your next listing or pricing update doesn’t have to stop at the edge of a batch.
Inventory gives you a central place to find cards across batches and take action—whether you’re listing to eBay, CollX, Whatnot, or Shopify, updating card details, or repricing inventory.
Use search, filters, sorting, and customizable columns to find the cards you want to work on, then make bulk updates across your selection.
Have a view you use regularly? Save it and return to it from Saved Views in the left sidebar. Both saved views and recent batches are accessible from anywhere in CDP, making it easier to pick up where you left off.
Review cards without losing your place
The new inspector panel lets you open a card alongside your list to check its match and edit details without navigating away. When you need more, open the card’s full details.
Matching statuses are also consistent between Inventory and batches, so you’ll see the same status wherever you’re working.
Review imports as batches
Imports now create batches you can open and review. That gives each import a clear place in your workflow while keeping those cards available in your full inventory.
Try the new Inventory beta
Inventory Beta is now live for all. If you don't see it yet, open your profile menu and select Try the new Inventory to access it.
Your batches remain the foundation. The new Inventory experience connects them to a broader view of your cards—and puts the tools to act on those cards closer at hand.
