What’s new
🛒 Enhanced Listing Status Filters
Listing filters now support “is listed” and “is not listed” conditions per marketplace.
Bulk listing inventory to a new channel is now a breeze. Try filtering for all cards not listed on a channel like CollX. Select all, and list up to 500 at a time.
🥇 Filter by Set or Team
Dial in inventory instantly by a specific set (ex: Topps Chrome) or team (ex: Red Sox).
Perfect for:
Repricing stale inventory (ex/ 2025-26 Topps Basketball)
Promotions (ex/ all Dodgers slabs 10% off)
Show prep (ex/ all Seahawks cards for the weekend card show)
📦 Filter by Storage Location
No more digging through boxes. Filter by physical location—cabinet, shelf, box, row—so you can find what is in a specific location.
Perfect for:
Getting a snapshot of what is in a certain section
Finding the most valuable cards in a box
Browsing all cards in a row without digging through it manually
💵 Filter by Price Range
Want to find all your available low end cards? Have a show coming up and you want to highlight all cards above $100?
Now you can set upper and lower bounds to price filters and zoom in on the segment, and take action (bulk reprice, bulk list, change location, etc…)
A few “money” workflows to try today
Find unlisted inventory fast: Set = 2025 Topps Chrome → Listing = Not listed on eBay → List in bulk
Reprice a tight segment: Team = Yankees → Box = 4 → Bulk reprice + relist
Sell in bulk: Have someone interested in a large buy? Now you can show exactly what’s in a box, row, or section and quickly make a deal. For ex/ Storage Location = Box 3 / Row 2 / Section 11. 73 cards for sale price $193. Do a deal for $100.

Open Inventory → Filters and build your first “go-to” view (the one you’ll use every day). Then click Save View to easily see those filters in the future.
