Mark as Sold
Cass Sapir
We’re rolling out Mark as Sold — a fast, dealer-controlled way to take action *immediately*. Note that when a card sells online on a connected marketplace, CDP marks the card as sold automatically. This new Mark as Sold action is an extra option to manually mark a card as sold.
✅ Mark as Sold is here
Dealers sell cards everywhere — a card show table, a DM deal, a Whatnot stream, a lot sale, or even a quick in-person pickup. The problem: if you sell in person, you have to manually delist the card everywhere you have it posted.
That’s why we’re rolling out Mark as Sold — a fast, dealer-controlled way to take action immediately.

What’s new
🏁 Mark as Sold (one-click)
When you click Mark as Sold, Card Dealer Pro will:
Set the card status to Sold Out in CDP
Trigger delisting across all connected marketplaces
Keep the record (so you don’t lose history, pricing context, or audit trail)
🧾 Optional: add sale details
You can optionally enter the same fields we normally auto-fill:
Marketplace ( eBay / CollX / Whatnot / Shopify / Other )
Sale price
Sale date
A few workflows to try today
Card show speed-run: Filter by your show box → sell a card → Mark as Sold immediately → keep selling without worrying about eBay/CollX still being live.
Bulk deal / lot sale: Buyer wants 40 cards from one row → filter for the cards → Mark as Sold
Whatnot / live selling safety: The moment something sells on stream, Mark as Sold so every other channel is delisted now (not after the live show).
✅ Where to use it
You’ll see Sold button in the new Actions column in CDP Inventory.
