What is "Deep Magic Scan"?

Have you seen "Deep Magic Scan" showing up on some of your card scans? How does it work?
What is "Deep Magic Scan"?
Deep Magic Scan is Card Dealer Pro's latest enhancement to our core "Magic Scan" capability. If you've ever tried scanning a card and gotten "No Match Found," this new feature is for you!
The reason we sometimes get no match is simply because we don't have a reference image to match against for every card in our database. With more than 20 million sports, non-sport and TCG cards, it's hard to get images of every one. However, whereas before you were left to type in a search to find the card, we thought there might be a better way.
Deep Magic Scan identified text and other key information from the card image, and constructs a search string to help you zero in on the right card. While it won't always get your card as the top search result, it should get you in the ballpark. Simply select the right card from the search results, or add a word or two (e.g. the parallel name) to focus in on a match.
We hope this saves you time in searching for cards, and makes the overall process of finding them easier.
